1. The service is initiated after receipt of the service order form and proper discussion.
2. Payment should be made advance (Bank A/c. # 0446104000137416, IFSC: IBKL0000446, IDBI bank, Habsiguda branch.)
3. Please discuss about the result delivery time with project head.
4. Results are delivered on time and we are not responsible if it gets delayed due to unforeseen events.
5. Results may be positive or negative, we report as it is. We do not alter / fabricate the results.
6. Services are delivered as per the service order form. If any deviations are involved, additional charges are applicable.
7. Please take the official quotation on our letterhead to avoid discrepancies before taking the work forward.
8. If any speciality chemicals / high cost material are involved in the experimentation, user has to procure them.
9. We take the service charges for both positive and negative results because we invest our time and consumables.
10. Client has to see that Molecular Biology results may not be consistent as they depend on several factors and conditions.
